This luxury boutique hotel (turning over £6m- growing to £8m then aiming for £10m) with an enviable position on the river Thames in West London, is looking for an F&B Restaurants rock star! You will be joining when the luxury Hotel is about to undergo a large investment programme in their restaurant and terrace this summer & launching a new concept (all before the £3.5m spend next year in total renovation.) so hence a great time to join as you will be instrumental in the look and feel of your F&B.
The Hotel has a reputable General Manager who would give you his full support and you would be joining a young growing boutique hotel group with 4 hotels with ambition to double over the next 3 years, voted Best place to stay by the Times.

In terms of fit we are looking for the restaurant face, someone with London Zone 1 style experience who is used to client management of high net worth guest, coupled with an unequivocal ability to read a room and actively engage on the floor.
In addition you would need to manage the books for optimal seating capacity, they have a prized jewel in a stunning terrace literally on the river so it is easy to be passionate about it. We would need you to be skilled at knowing guest preferences and building profiles in their data system. Of course you would lead the team, bringing them with you on the journey and work closely with their wonderful guys in marketing. This is a hands on building the business role, where you need to be visible and people return to the restaurant because of you, so we need someone who is adept at getting to know your locals and attending local events to get your name out there whether that be the local rowing club or corporate event. My client will pay up to 80K for a real grafter who wants to live and breathe this role and make it your own.
