This young group of Boutique hotels are making waves right now and growing. As such they are in need of a brilliant passionate salesy Head of all things Wine to join them! They currently have 4 luxury boutique laid back hotels (looking to double over the next 4 years) with enviable partnerships with the world’s most sort after and award winning Wine Merchants and it is the right time for an expert to join as the face of all things wine for this luxury hotel collection.. They need a brilliant visible energetic and persuasive Head of Wine who has the drive and charisma to be the Ambassador for Wine for the group.
As Head of All Things Wine you will drive the beverage sales through sharing knowledge and passion by nurturing passion, appreciation and knowledge for all things wine. In turn this will allow you to help the beverage teams run successful businesses through passing on your passion and knowledgeable to them, so that they in turn may become knowledgeable in the world of wine and what to pair with what and why!
You would of course be instrumental and a key decision maker along with the Owner when it comes to selecting which wines to purchase for the group, and you would be responsible for the pricing of said wines. It would be great if you were a natural host and loved hosting events, such as wine supper clubs, that allowed you to show case your wines and in so doing pass on your knowledge and passion to each beverage team in each of the 4 hotels.
You would be working very closely with all of the General Managers as well as having the full support of both the COO and the Owner. This really is a great opportunity and one that does not come to market often so please do get in touch if you would like to know more….
