Lindsay joined Rockford having worked for Chess Partnership for a year and a half, where she focused on chef and management positions. Before this she worked in London for Corney and Barrow Wine Bars in Canary Wharf and the City.

Lindsay took a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Brighton and has since lived and worked in Spain, Germany and France, which has enabled her to develop a good understanding of the hospitality industry. She loves meeting the diverse personalities who work in the industry, and finding the right person for the right role.
