We find out about your culture – what type of individual would fit with you. We meet every candidate we represent and take time to understand fully what they are looking for and what their long-term goals are, as well as taking detailed references when requested.

We are interested in building relationships for the long term – the short-listed candidates to whom we will introduce you represent Rockford Recruitment – so we focus our time and energy into fulfilling your brief and will aim to submit a maximum of three CVs for any one role.

Our pool of candidates is large enough for the diversity of roles that you might want to fill, whilst small enough for us also to be able to provide a personalised service.
