Tom started his career in Nantes, France working within sales, where he was supplying to some of the best restaurants in France. After developing a passion for food and wine and gaining valuable experience as sales executive, he decided to move to the UK.The move enabled him to learn a new language and culture, during his 1st year in London he worked at the Royal Horseguards Hotel where he developed his skills and the importance of excellent service. Tom was then fortunate enough to be offered the opportunity to study Business Management in Seattle, he spent 1 year in college in the US before returning to London.

Tom knew his passion was food, wine and service but had a sound sales and business knowledge he wanted to work within an environment which would make the most of all his skills, he had an opportunity to meet with Rockford, he realised they shared the same values. Tom focuses on junior management and sales positions within the Hotel and Contract Catering markets.
