Lili is Rockford Recruitment’s latest addition and comes to us with over 15 years hospitality and catering experience. Lili worked for 5 years in hotels on the Black Sea coast before leaving to study for her degree in Bucharest. After leaving university she spent 5 years working for Carnival Cruises.

Prior to joining Rockford, Lili worked for 4 years in a temporary recruitment agency in London specialising in front of house staff. During this time Lili was able to develop her people skills as well as her knowledge of the industry, leading her to us and a career in permanent recruitment.

The combination of her extensive catering experience, coupled with her unique knowledge of operations makes her a real asset to both clients and candidates alike.
