Joined Rockford in 2008 after just over a year in another recruitment company, Lee was looking for a company that believed in recruiting people who fit culturally into a business. Having found these beliefs with Rockford, he is now looking forward to building the Restaurants, Bars & Pub division of the business.

Lee moved to London 10 years ago after starting his career within hotels in Cornwall, he then progressed to working at some of the best and well known restaurants in London. He has worked in all areas of the business from the Kitchen to the Bar & Restaurant within a variety of operations from Members Club, Fine Dining Restaurant to an up and coming High Street Operation.

The wealth of experience Lee has gained over the years has helped him to now recruit, for a wide range of establishments, he also offers our candidates valuable advice and guidance due to his knowledge and experience within the industry.
