Deborah has recently joined Rockford Recruitment bringing over 5 years of experience in the Hospitality and Catering recruitment business. Deborah relocated to the UK from The Netherlands in 2005 where she ran a successful catering and dietician consultancy business.

Before entering the recruitment field Deborah had a robust career in the hospitality industry including hotel management, food & beverage management, commercial catering operations and kitchen management.

Combining this extensive background in the food service industry with her passion for food and the people who make their careers in catering and hospitality, she is uniquely positioned to share her knowledge and experience with candidates and clients to facilitate the building of strong, long-term relationships.
